RAL – ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

In compliance with current legislation Law No. 144/2015 of September 8.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
CACCA –  Centro de Arbitragem de Conflicts de Consumo do Algarve ;
CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts;
Or:
European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
