Your adventure begins at Moinho do Leitão, where you’ll receive a full safety briefing and riding introduction before heading out. Once everyone feels confident, the fun begins!
Your first stop is the iconic 12th-century Paderne Castle, proudly featured on Portugal’s flag. A perfect photo spot. Continue along scenic country roads and dirt tracks through traditional fruit farms and orange groves, before climbing into the mountains for panoramic views of the Algarve interior.
The highlight of the tour is Alte, often called the most beautiful village in the Algarve. Here, you’ll enjoy a delicious local Piri Piri Chicken lunch in a traditional restaurant. The perfect break after an exhilarating morning of riding.
In summer, cool off at the Alte natural springs (Fonte Grande and Fonte Pequena) — crystal-clear pools surrounded by nature. In winter, we visit the nearby waterfall, a peaceful scenic gem.
After lunch and free time to explore the village, the adventure continues with river crossings, dirt tracks, and mountain trails before returning to base for a well-earned drink and a few laughs.
