📍 Flight Details

• Duration: Approximately 1 hour (total experience 3–5 hours)

• Location: Algarve (8–10 passengers) or Baixo Alentejo (up to 32 passengers)

• Best time to fly: Sunrise, when conditions are most stable

• Season: Operates year-round, weather permitting

Weather & Cancellations

• All flights are subject to suitable weather conditions.

• If cancelled due to weather, your flight will be rescheduled at your convenience.

• The company may change or relocate the launch site at short notice for safety reasons.

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations beyond our control.

Passenger Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight (without valid reason) are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.

Pre-Flight Procedures

• Confirm your booking details and check the weather line the evening before your flight for final instructions.

• Please arrive on time.

• Late arrival or no-show invalidates your ticket.

Fitness to Fly

• Passengers must be fit to stand for at least one hour and walk short distances after landing.

• You must not fly if you are:

  • Pregnant

  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Recovering from recent surgery without medical clearance

• A surcharge applies for passengers over 100 kg (please inform us in advance).

Flight Safety

• Safety is the pilot’s top priority. All decisions are made at their discretion.

• Passengers must not consume alcohol, throw objects, or behave disorderly.

• The pilot may refuse boarding to anyone deemed unsafe or intoxicated.

• Personal belongings (cameras, phones, etc.) are carried at your own risk.

Flight Time

• The flight lasts approximately one hour. However, this depends on weather and available landing areas.

🎟️ Ticket Policy & Validity

• Flight tickets are valid for one year from purchase date.

• Tickets are refundable to the original buyer if no flight has been completed.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

• An extension for one year is available for €50.

• Extensions for medical or pregnancy reasons are free with valid documentation.

• No-shows or late arrivals invalidate tickets.

Please dress comfortably. Wear flat shoes and bring a light jacket.
