Flights take place in the early morning, when the air is calm and weather conditions are most stable. The perfect time to witness a breathtaking sunrise.
The total experience lasts around 4 hours, including approximately 1 hour in flight.

Weather & Cancellations

• Flights depend on suitable meteorological conditions.

• If weather conditions are not suitable, flights will be rescheduled at your convenience.

• The operator may delay, cancel, or change the launch site at short notice for safety reasons.

• The company cannot be held responsible for loss or inconvenience due to cancellation.

Passenger Cancellations

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (without valid reason) are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.

Pre-Flight Procedures

• Ensure you have received your booking confirmation before your flight date.

• Call the weather line the evening before your scheduled flight to confirm details.

• Arrive on time. Ballooning operates strictly in early morning conditions.

• Late arrivals or no-shows invalidate your ticket.

Fitness to Fly

• You must be fit to stand for 1 hour and walk short distances after landing.

• Do not fly if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or recovering from recent surgery without a medical certificate.

• A surcharge may apply for passengers weighing over 100 kg.

• Passengers with medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.

Safety

• The pilot has full discretion over flight safety and operation.

• Disorderly behavior or alcohol consumption before or during the flight is not permitted.

• Personal belongings (phones, cameras, etc.) are carried at the owner’s risk.

Flight Duration

• Flights typically last around 1 hour, but exact timing may vary based on wind and landing conditions.

• Tickets are valid for one year from purchase.

• Refunds are available to the original buyer if no flight has taken place.

• Tickets can be transferred to another person with prior approval.

• One-year extensions available for €50.

• Extensions for medical or pregnancy reasons are free with valid documentation.

• Late arrivals or no-shows invalidate tickets.
