The complete Tuk Tuk tour of the city of Faro consists of a 75-minute tour in which we not only visit its most emblematic areas and historical heritage, but also other areas of the city, giving the visitor a good perspective of the current reality of Faro.
We start the tour in the old town and during the tour we briefly describe the history of Faro, from the Phoenician period to the arrival of the Portuguese with D. Afonso III.
After the old city, we continue to explore the old part of Faro formerly located within the XVI century fence (second wall surrounding the city).
The rest of the tour is made with alternating passages between ancient and modern areas of the city, all 12 Catholic churches in Faro are seen, we visit the highest point in the city where the Santo António do Alto tower is located, we pass through the municipal market and drive We still go to the riverside park.
