The nominated skipper must be of legal age and hold a valid Navigation License.
The responsible person must ensure the safety of all passengers and the boat.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the boat if the responsible person is not deemed fit to operate it safely. In such cases, only the rental fee will be refunded.
The renter will take possession of the vessel after:
Completing safety and inventory checks
Reviewing documentation
Receiving navigation and safety instructions
The renter must comply with local maritime laws and instructions from our team and authorities.
Night navigation, towing, lending, or re-renting the boat is strictly prohibited.
Boats are delivered with full fuel tanks and must be returned under the same condition.
If the boat is not refueled upon return, a €250 fee per tank will be charged.
If tide conditions make refueling at the dock impossible, fuel usage will be estimated and charged accordingly.

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure to complete safety and paperwork procedures.
The boat will be inspected before and after your trip for safety and inventory purposes.

We do not refund customer cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure. For cancellations of customers with more than 24 hours before departure, we refund the amount in full.
