⚙️ Requirements to Participate

• Minimum age: 10 years old

• Certification prerequisites: None

• Must know how to swim

• Maximum training depth: 12 m (ages 10–11) or 18 m (ages 12+)

🚫 Not suitable for:

• Pregnant participants

• Children under 10 years old or under 1.40 m tall

• Individuals with heart, respiratory, or recent surgical conditions

• Non-swimmers or participants with medical restrictions
