The designated skipper must be of legal age and hold a valid Navigation License.
The person in charge of the boat is responsible for both the vessel and all passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the boat if the skipper is not deemed fit to operate it safely. In such cases, only the rental fee will be refunded.
The renter will take possession of the vessel after completing:
Security and inventory check
Documentation and safety briefing
Navigation and instruction session
The renter must follow local maritime regulations and safety instructions from our team and the authorities.
Night navigation, towing, lending, or sub-renting the vessel are strictly prohibited.
Boats are delivered with full fuel tanks and must be returned under the same condition.
If the boat is returned without refueling, a €250 fee per tank will apply.
If tides prevent refueling at the dock, the fuel consumption will be calculated and charged accordingly.
