Locked in a room, the countdown begins. You have 60 minutes.
Puzzles, Riddles, Mazes and Puzzles on your way out. A different way to learn about Faro and its history.

THE LOST Scroll

The first book ever printed in Portugal was made in Faro in the year 1487 by Samuel Gacon.
It was a religious work called “Pentateuch.” The only known copy of the first edition is on display at the British Library in London.
It was taken by Francis Drake when his army plundered the city in the early 16th century.
What Francis Drake was unaware of was the importance of a loose sheet hidden in the book.
A manuscript that allowed the population to escape when the city was under siege.

RULES AND INFORMATION

Each game of Escape room can last up to 60 minutes. The game is available in Portuguese and English.

We ask that you arrive at the location 10 minutes before the scheduled time for a brief introduction to the game.

The game requires only reasoning and skill, and the use of force is inappropriate. Participants should not misuse the game objects that could cause damage to the space or to themselves.

During the game, no other objects can be used apart from those available in the game area. Participants will be asked to leave their personal belongings at the reception in a secure location.

Each game will be monitored through an internal video circuit. Given the nature of the game, participants will be locked inside a scenario specifically designed for this purpose.

However, the space will be immediately opened if requested or in case of need or emergency.

Participants can contact the staff member who is supervising the game (room master) at any time.Participants must follow the instructions of the room master.

Great fun!

We (2 adults and 3 teenagers) had a great time here. The game was well thought out and was great to play. We definitely needed help but did get out on time. We are coming back to do the other (outside) game too
