In 1487, the first book ever printed in Portugal, the Pentateuch by Samuel Gacon, was made right here in Faro. When Francis Drake plundered the city in the 16th century, he took the book, but missed something crucial:
a hidden manuscript inside that revealed how the townspeople escaped during a siege.

Now, it’s your turn to find the missing scroll and uncover the city’s biggest secret.
